Lucy Baxendale - From sketch to sculpture workshop

This is a free event, to ensure access for all. If you wish to donate any amount toward this event, you will be asked to "pay what you can" on the booking page. All profits will be fed back into CFH, and this will ensure the continuation and growth of this event in the coming years. If you cannot pay towards your ticket, please do not feel obligated to, and simply enter "£0" in the pay what you can box.

Lucy Baxendale is a Ceramicist, Illustrator & Community Artist based in rural Herefordshire.

Lucy Baxendale will demo the processes involved in translating drawings into her sculptural pieces followed by some drawing exercises which will become the starting point to making your own small sculptures.

Drawing and sculpting will be covered within the workshop so you don't need to bring anything with you. However if you have any drawings you'd be interested in translating please do bring them along.

If you would like your creations fired this will incur a small fee to cover material and energy costs.
