Nerikomi inspired by geology, an interactive talk with Kim Colebrook

Join us for a talk about Kim's journey to ceramics (her mid life crisis without the sports car) and the inspiration for her current work; the geology of South Wales as an analogy for the repression and distortion of memories. 

This will be followed by a demonstration of her approach to Nerikomi  (creating geological blocks of porcelain) and the numerous patterns that can be extracted by cutting in different ways.
