Tile Carving with Dave Short

This is a free event, to ensure access for all. If you wish to donate any amount toward this event, you will be asked to "pay what you can" on the booking page. All profits will be fed back into CFH, and this will ensure the continuation and growth of this event in the coming years. If you cannot pay towards your ticket, please do not feel obligated to, and simply enter "£0" in the pay what you can box.

In this workshop Dave will demonstrate how to carve a low-relief tile. You will then be provided with a leather-hard terracotta tile to carve and decorate. You will create layers, add texture and apply coloured slip.

Please come along to the session with a simple idea for your design. All tools and materials will be provided.
